I focus on incorporating as many recycled and renewable products as possible in our homes to be respectful to the earth’s resources. Whenever possible, we incorporate previously used materials. This home is designed to be energy efficient through a multi layered building envelope, efficient HVAC, fixtures and appliances, and an energy monitoring system that gives transparency to you on how much energy you are using.
